McDonald's Employee tells Boss to "P*ss Off" After Winning $362,259 On Lunch Break

McDonald's Worker Hits Jackpot and Does Exactly What All Low Wage Workers Want to Do.

We've all joked with our coworkers about what we'd do if we suddenly hit the jackpot. McDonald's employee Martin Reiter took the words right out of everyone's mouth when he told his boss where to go after Reiter won more money than he'd make during a decade of full time work with McDonald's in just twenty minutes on Bingo Liner, an online gambling website.

His job at the McDonald's in Broadmeadows was the most recent in a line of short-term employment stints for Reiter. Previously, he had worked at a Woolworth's grocery store and at a few other low paying jobs with little prospects of upward mobility. However, two weeks ago, Reiter got his ticket to the top income tax bracket.

Reiter's lucky streak began during his break from a night shift. While perusing Facebook on his phone, he saw an advertisement for a gaming site offering $30 worth of free spins. Never one to turn down anything free, Reiter decided to test the odds with Bingo Liner “Enchanted Garden” game. By the end of his thirty minute lunch break, the disaffected young man suddenly had a very different outlook on life.

In one play, Reiter won a progressive jackpot totaling $362,259 AUD. He immediately saw an opportunity to get out of his dead-end job.

Reiter was shocked and couldn't believe his winnings at first. He assumed that his coworkers had somehow set up an elaborate April Fool's Day gag. "It wasn't until I hit the cash out button," Reiter said, "and saw the $362,259 numbers next to my name that I knew it was real.”

Reiter didn't wait to give his employer the standard two week notice. What he did say to his boss is not fit for print; however, needless to say, Reiter won't be working for or eating at McDonald's anytime soon.

And while one of the bigger winners of the giveaway, Martin certainly isn’t the only one to cash out on Bingo Liner's free spins. Since the promotion began last month, over 238 players all over Australia have won money from 100% free play. However, it appears the giveaway will be soon ending as the company has already paid out over $1,000,000 in total winnings this last month. More News here: "HERE"
